Does science hold the answers for all the questions we could ever ask?

Scientists at the NASA Space Science Laboratory reflect upon the limits of science and our understanding of the world.

The scientists' reactions reveal the question to be far from simple, provoking thoughts into the fundamental structure of science and the limitations of human understanding. Are there some things within the universe that cannot be – and will never be – explained?

Even if the answer to the question is no, is an understanding of 'everything' desirable? Or does the continued pursuit for knowledge define our very existence...?
